We, the undersigned, urge the Governor and Legislature of the State of New Jersey to publicly sanction the efforts of the New Jersey 9/11 Memorial Foundation’s (www.nj911memorial.org) mission to raise the funds necessary to complete the State’s Memorial, named “Empty Sky”, to the 744 residents that were killed during the terrorist attacks of 9/11/01 at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and at Shanksville, PA.
